Jeep Wrangler: Keyless Enter-N-Go — Passive Entry (If Equipped) / To Unlock From The Driver or Passenger Side
With a valid Passive Entry key fob within 5 ft
(1.5 m) of the door handle, grab the handle to
unlock the vehicle. Grabbing the driver’s door
handle will unlock the driver door automatically.
Grabbing the passenger door handle will unlock
all doors and the swing gate automatically.

NOTE:
Either the driver door only or all doors will
unlock when you grab hold of the front driver’s
door handle, depending on the selected setting
in the Uconnect system.
The Passive Entry system is a feature that
allows you to lock and unlock the vehicle’s
door(s) and swing gate without having to push
the key fob lock or unlock buttons...
To minimize the possibility of unintentionally
locking a Passive Entry key fob inside your
vehicle, the Passive Entry system is equipped
with an automatic door unlock feature which
will function only if the ignition switch is in the
OFF position...

In the event that the ACC system brings your
vehicle to a standstill while following a vehicle
ahead, your vehicle will resume motion, without
any driver interaction, if the vehicle ahead
starts moving within two seconds of your vehicle
coming to a standstill...
All doors are equipped with an interior
rocker-type door lock lever. To lock a door when
leaving your vehicle, push the rocker lever
forward to the lock position and close the door.
To unlock the door, push the rocker lever
rearward.

To erase the channels, follow this procedure:
Place the ignition switch into the ON/RUN
position.
Push and hold the two outside HomeLink®
buttons (I and III) for up to 20 seconds, or
until the HomeLink® indicator light flashes.
NOTE:
Erasing all channels should only be performed
when programming HomeLink® for the first
time. Do not erase channels when programming
additional buttons.
