Jeep Wrangler: Yellow Warning Lights / Electronic Stability Control (ESC) OFF Warning Light — If Equipped
This warning light indicates the
ESC is
off.
Each time the ignition is turned to ON/RUN or
ACC/ON/RUN, the ESC system will be on, even
if it was turned off previously.
This warning light will indicate
when
the Electronic Stability Control system
is Active. The ESC Indicator Light in
the instrument cluster will come on
when the ignition is placed in the ON/RUN or
ACC/ON/RUN position, and when ESC is activated...
This warning light will
illuminate when
the fuel filler cap is loose. Properly
close the filler cap to disengage the
light. If the light does not turn off,
please see an authorized dealer...
Other information:
Depending upon model and mode of operation,
the ESC system may have multiple operating
modes.
ESC On
“ESC On” is the normal operating mode for the
ESC. Whenever the vehicle is started, the ESC
system will be in this mode. This mode should
be used for most driving conditions...
Push down on the release bar on each
side, and pull the seat out and away from
the lower bracket.
Release Bar Location
Remove the seat from the vehicle.
To reinstall the rear seat, just reverse these
steps.
NOTE:
Do not drive the vehicle without reattaching the
rear seat latches...
